GAEDA Revitalization Corporation
Funding for the GAEDA Revitalization Corporation (GRC) Home Repair Grant was provided by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas through its Affordable Housing Program. The grant will pay for actual repair work, including labor and material, but not cosmetic work. There are certain requirements that the applicant must meet.
To proceed with the application, the applicant must meet the following criteria:
- Currently live in Rapides Parish
- Currently live in a USDA Rural Development District

- Must provide a Louisiana Driver’s License or a valid form of identification
Once your application has been submitted and reviewed by a GAEDA Revitalization Corporation staff member, you will be contacted to provide the following supporting documentation:
- Proof of ownership of your home (ex: real estate deed, Act of Sale, mortgage document, etc…)
- Proof of occupancy (ex: utility bill, cable bill, bank statement, etc…)
- Proof of income
