Home Repair Program
General Requirements
- Currently resides in Rapides Parish
- 55 years of age or older
- Must own the home and be able to show proof of ownership
- Must occupy the home and be able to show proof of occupancy
- Must meet federal home loan income requirement
- Must attend an Homeowner Empowerment Seminar
- Must provide a Louisiana Driver’s License or a valid form of identification
